Can a blog team member delete or edit posts ?

I want to invite a few team members to my blog but im wondering if I do then will they be able to edit and delete posts even if they are not admins and just team members of my blog ??

 

in blogger blogspot platform,.. they can't since they only invited by admin and the policies is just post an article,.. can't edit other article

 

It depends upon policies of different blog sites some site allows the members to change and delete blogs but when ever any changes are made a mail is send to admin. so you can moderate in that manner. For blog spot as it is mentioned in above reply members can't edit or delete articles.

 

You can control that using plugin like Role Manager.

 

in wordpress user option there is author, contributor, subscriber, editor, administrator, if you want they cannot edit or delete post, then you can chose subscriber
