Can´t open private messages :(

    Hello everybody:

    I have a facebook page created for a small business i am running. In one moment, recently, the facebook simply doesn´t allow me to open the private messages. When i click it, for a split second a pop-up square appears as if the message will open but than nothing...it disappears completely. I am missing some very important requests from costumers so please if anyone can help me urgently it will be highly appreciated.

    any message you got while open the inbox or conversation..?? this might user who sent you message got flag or something..
