Campus360 Has a Facebook-style Clone Script

I received a proposal from another developer that claims to own the same code, though. Does anybody know who the real owner of the code at http://www.campus360.net/purchase is. It appears to have a great database structure for a Facebook clone and would be a great jumping off point for us. But, we want to own a legal license to the script.

My partner just found this thread, so i though i would post for you all. I am the owner of campus360.net. In early june our site went down due to the hosting company disappearing. I am planning on getting the site running again soon.

camous360 is a basic clone of facebook with a few extra features. It would best be used as a script to mod into something you would like, however it can be run as is.

since we dont have time for updates and bug fixes, we will be selling the script for $100 once the site is back up.
