Selling CampingSociety.com, established domain, some content, cheap.

The domain's about a year old, and ranks for some low-competition camping-related product searches (ex: unishelter bivy review).

Initially I wanted to make a forum out of this one but started working with other sites, so I just put a few pages of content on it (using Wordpress) and just let it sit there. I've done absolutely no promotion for the site and I don't monitor traffic but it has made about $2 in AdSense thus far, so I imagine it's getting some traffic (especially considering it ranks in the SERPs).

The site has amazing potential. The camping industry has many untapped niches and by simply adding more content, affiliate links and AdSense blocks to the site, you can get some revenue coming in. You could also market the site a little (with articles etc) and wouldn't surprise me if you started making $50+ per month quickly. Of course, with dedicated development, there's no telling how far you'll take the site given that it's a very good domain.

When you buy the site, I will give you a big list of targeted, high-traffic, low-competition keywords that you can write articles in. This is a list I generated a year ago but revised and cleaned up yesterday.
