i went camping a few weeks back and i dont see what people find so appealing about it. i mean your shivering in a state that can only be described as mentally worrying and you sleep in a flimsy piece of material which has just as much protection to the outside than a frisby in a hurricane. where i went there were no toilets........i was horrified to see this , so horrified i nearly turned the car round and drove off. i must admit i was a shit in the woods virgin......... and i wish i still was...i tell you it isn't nice squatting down in some bush feeling the breeze in between your cheeks. when eating when camping the best thing you can have is a BBQ....and i say this regrettably because i dont like food normally which is burnt to the bone but that was alot more better than eating food which had been cooked on an open fire. what do you think??
I am pretty outdoorsie, and love going camping. Fishing, cooking, fire, and then the drinking. I always have a blast. I used to be like you and not like camping, but went so many times with friends, I got used to it and have enjoyed it everytime I have gone. Suggestions for next camping if you decide to go: Dont eat the BBQ, pack some sandwiches, chips, desserts, or whatever you like, and bring a cooler of beer, only if you are old enough to drink. lol
Quite simple, it's because camping is something we rarely do... something to get away from the routine of tapping the keyboard and staring at the LCD
Camping ... camping camping camping.. it gives you a sense of responsibility. Usually, the idea is to see how long you can go without electronics. You probably picked a bad night to go. Oh yeah, and watch out which pines cones you use for what. Best camping experience I ever had, was Basic Training in Fort Jackson, SC hands down.
There's something very satisfying about being at one with nature and having to rely on one's own resourcefulness and skill rather than the luxurious indoors.
Camping gives me a beautiful memory. I also agree with ArticleScholar. it's because camping is something we rarely do
in the summer we call it camping and during the cold cold winter we call it survival nothing beats sleeping in the outdoors in the deep woods or mountains...we rip our ATV-s or sleds for days and most of the time we have no clue where we are lol...its either in you or it isnt..
your like my sister. I love camping, it just so peacefull to me. Just you nature. You dont have to worry about money, or anything else.
Camping is an ideal way to escape from the daily routines of your duty. It refreshes and energizes, if only you enjoy it. Take it as an opportunity to unwind and stay relaxed
I love camping and communing with nature. Nothing like waking up in the morning with the cool mountain air.
I also LLOOOVVEE camping. It's one of my favorite things to do! Getting crunk with your buddies can be very fun until you eat it in the river because you're all drunk......then you just have fun with some cold-ass feet and freezing arms and chest! No, seriously though, camping is a human's closest connection to nature and the way our ancestors lived. MOST people find that they feel some sort of spiritual connection, or some kind of urge for something. That's our natural-instincts connecting us to our ancestor's and forefather's ways of thinking.
What!!! how the hell that happend? I like camping, coz it's fun to sleep in the tent and eating meal that had been cooked on an open fire. It smell nice, and........classic Tips on camping: -If you don't want snake came around your tent, pour salt around your tent. -Always wear a sock. -Wear a wide hat, just in case there's a snake above the tree.
