Campaign went above budget

    Aloha,

    How come one of my campaigns went above budget yesterday?

    Budget is set to $100/day, but yesterday it used $119,05...

    Total budget for my account (all campaigns) is $200/day, but yesterday it used $204,02...

    It's a bit scary. Now I'm afraid it goes totally bonanza and use thousand of dollars while I look the other way.

    just read the adwords rules and you will find out

    Even if Google exceeds your budget for the month, you will only be charged for your budget. The excess is free clicks for you.

    I wish they wouldn't call it a daily budget. That's misleading, IMHO. What they actually have is a monthly budget.

    Hey, I had a client run into this same thing (daily $ going over her budget) - so I worked with the Google Helpdesk. They actually can go 20% over any days particular budget, but will not go over 30x the daily budget for a month.
