Is it worth tune up the campaign with Yahoo's proposal? the estimated bid was half of my previous maximus bid and clicks are 4 times more than my last month clicks! Too good to be true! sandy
Hi “Sandy23†Thanks for your feedback! For those advertisers interested in using Campaign Tune-Up, here is a great overview from our Yahoo! Search Marketing Blog [www.ysmblog.com]: Campaign Tune-Up can help you optimize your Sponsored Search campaigns if you’re not running Campaign Optimizer. It automatically analyzes a campaign’s performance history, budget and business objectives, such as cost per click or conversions, and offers suggestions for bids, match types and budgets. You can either accept or reject the suggestions, but fine-tuning your bids could help your campaign run a lot better. From your Campaign Details page, you’ll see a new link, “Tune-up Campaign.†Clicking the link starts the tuning. You can then set the business measurements that matter to you for tuning your campaign and will be walked through the rest of the process. Hope this helps for folks interested in this recently launched feature. All the best, YahooPete
Here is the reply I've got from Yahoo It is important to remember that although the proposal will change the Account Daily Spend Limit, Match types and Keyword bids to help achieve the goal specified, the results are only an estimate. If you are going to accept the proposal we would advise downloading the Campaigns and saving to a file in your computer in case you choose to go back to the way things were before the accepted proposal sandy
