Here is an account snap shot.

    $10,000 Monthly Budget
    25 Adgroups
    3,500 Keywords
    $10 Conversion Target

Only about 20 keywords convert ok. Half convert above $10. The other below $10 per conversion.

If I create two adgroups and put the "$10 above keywords" in one and "$10 below" in the other, would would this be a good way to optimize those converting keywords since they are all using basically the same ads?

To me, it difficult to manage just 20 keywords spread out over 25 ad groups in a pot of 3500 keywords. I was thinking just put the in two managable ad groups.

    ANy thoughts???? HELP!

Can you start with few keywords and find out which ones are performing and then continue to add more.

Start with only a few keywords and then add up from there.

In all honesty, if you've got that type of budget and you're asking that type of question (to answer your question - no, you shouldn't split them that way) you should be looking at getting yourself a PPC manager - your account should be much more profitable - there are a few good ones on here...
