My campaign is enabled, my ads are also, and the words are eligible, yet the campaign is not running and the ad diagnostics tool says the "campaign is not enabled". This had been an active campaign which had good traffic and the bidding looks appropriate as well (no under 1st page bids) Help
It's search and it had been a previously active campaign and I added position preference and it seemed to zero the budget (according to the change history). Change history says this: Bidding Strategy changed from Manual bidding to Target a Range of Positions Campaign Automatic Bid Management was created. Max CPC is $0.00 Monthly Budget is $0.00 By adding position preference it seems to have zeroed the budget and the campaign no longer runs, when I remove the position preference. I check the budget and the cpcs and they have not changed, but it appears they have in the background. So I chatted with a Google rep and she said run it 10 more days, well it's already run for a month with me trying different setting to get it going again.
Did you double checked, that whether your campaign is paused? Contact google support, they will help for you sure. Sometimes there may be some problem in google. So i recommend to send a support mail.
The campaign is not paused and the google rep suggested I run it 10 more days, well it's already run for a month with me trying different setting to get it going again. I've even tried to set up a new one. So now I'm flipping between the 2 on a daily basis, run one each day to see if I can get either running. Fortunately, it's only this one client and 1 campaign affected...
mmm, the budget you have, is getting lower in adwords? or it's the same? are they charging your account? why dont you try deleting the campaign, and making another one? or just making other, and stoping the one that its paused. Try that, and maybe it will run ok.
