reg-fee IMHO unless you find a really interested buyer. As a simple rule for random dictionary words only one word nouns with this TLD could be worth something.
FYI: brutally, daringly, proactively are still avaialble in .org extension (I myself find proactively.org more marketable)

I agree with ikunal. There are too many good one-word .org's left for it to be all that valuable unless you find someone who really wants it.
