    I plan on selling the domain, and the the site could be used for a variety of things like and information website for the upcoming Call of Duty game or anything you would want.

    Currently I am getting roughly and average of 20 page views a day, with no advertising what so ever.

    Will sell the domain as a whole with the website included. Website has the AV Arcade Pro script installed and is integrated with Mochi Media and Google Adsense.

    COD is a TM infringement, get rid of it, unless you've got a great lawyer.
    The publishers are vicious with infringing domains sometimes.
