    i notice this thread from my log stats. :) i just want to say - this is css bug and i noticed it too in some browsers. Adsense is not clickable in this case.

    and you are right, it is a CSS bug and at no point was I able to click on the ads when they were not in the correct place.

    I have reviewed his site, and I find nothing wrong or against the TOS.
    The arrow is pointing at "try custom software development" not the Google ads, the css is a glitch.

    The only thing I would change is I would put a line break between the menu and the adlinks at the top, as it would be easy to accidentally click the adlinks when using the menu.
