    Guys I want to know if epassporte available here in my country Philippines. Are there any restrictions in our country if I decide to use it epassporte?

    It's available BUT you cannot load money with a credit card, you cannot receive money from other personal accounts or send money to business accounts. So the answer is yes but with some restrictions.

    So what is the really use of the card here in the Philippines if I cant send/receive any amount?

    You can send money to other personal accounts but you can only receive money from business accounts. You can also use your card for online purchases :)

    Sure, it's all written on their website. Click the sign up button and input your country. You will see what restriction apply for each and every country listed.

    In your case, it would only be good if your affiliate provider offers epassporte as a payment option and in that case, you can just receive money from the affiliate and withdraw the funds from the card.

    With the limited user base, I doubt you can really make a living by only accepting epassporte payments.
