    many of our politician's/decision makers don't even know what is an online petition or what is PayPal ? this is hardly going to matter :(

    I am sure no news channel will step forward and cover it !

    Common guys, just spend Rs.10k, spend 1-2 days in mumbai, meet RBI and lets solve this crap and childish decisions of RBI for ever.

    I am with you guys, let me know what to do next.. I will reach Mumbai or any other venue to meet RBI officials and sort things out.

    I have my paypal check bounced because its more than 30 days ... This is weired !

    Hey , I have also written an email to RBI's Monitory Policy Department from this page: http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/helpdesk.aspx
    You can do the same.... Lets put some pressure and explain problems we face due to new policy

    Guys please make sure thats its indeed the regulations applied or not, because i saw other threads where people have paypal mail as gmail id, didn't got the mail about such regulations, whereas people having paypal mail as hotmail id, yahoo id or aol id has got such mails.

    please make sure, is it phising attempt, some one give a call to paypal.

    Well you are right but how we can fight if we have no detail information? If anyone have correct information of RBI and PayPal then we can fight. We can't fight with them without having any information. Also RBI is not final authorities, their are other departments also their who have power! So first collect real information before start fights!

    Now mails we got are phishing mails but when some members replied then they got reply that the mails recieved were genuine.
    Now,i think this is new rule
    We have to confirm and meet and fight against RBI new policies.
