Before I start, I must confess...I'm pretty new to IM myself. In my prior life, I founded a sold a technology company. It took me 8 years, but I sold it for over a million bucks.

Then I retired...and now, I'm having a blast building a new IM business. This is just soooo much more fun than what I used to do.

No more office. No more meetings. No more cold calls looking for customers. Now all I do is work on my Mac during hours that suit me.

Ok, so here's the deal. Since the beginning of the year, I've earned $686 in Amazon affiliate commissions. Big Deal, right? No, not really; HOWEVER, here is why I'm sharing this: My income has doubled every month since I've started, my portfolio of niche sites continues to expand (I'm at 32 and adding 3-5 a week) and I'm working less and less.

Maybe now I have your interest?

So, how did I do it? Not rocket science, really.

They key is finding a good niche, building a site, and then monetizing it. Pretty simple, however, the devil is in the details!

To help you get started, there are a few posts on my blog you will want to read:

How I made my first sale in exactly 30 days
    How I find my keywords
My Business Model - How to make $2,000 a day, every day

As you can see, the key is to keep building sites. However, you don't need to do everything yourself! If you do, it takes less cash, that is for sure, however, it takes WAY more time!

When you visit my blog, you can join the mailing list, and if you do, you will get a FREE report that is the exact set of instructions that my VA uses to do EVERYTHING for me...all for $27 a site.

Yes, that's right. Each site costs me only $27 (plus the domain) and for that, my VA is:
    doing all the keyword research
    writing all the articles
configuring the blog and installing plugins
    doing all my backlinking

I hope my advice helps you like Steve's (my mentor) has helped me!

    Cheers,
    Trent

PS. This forum doesn't let me post links yet, so if you click my profile, you will see a link to my blog, then just search for the articles when you get there.
