Before I start, I must confess...I'm pretty new to IM myself. In my prior life, I founded a sold a technology company. It took me 8 years, but I sold it for over a million bucks. Then I retired...and now, I'm having a blast building a new IM business. This is just soooo much more fun than what I used to do. No more office. No more meetings. No more cold calls looking for customers. Now all I do is work on my Mac during hours that suit me. Ok, so here's the deal. Pretty simple, however, the devil is in the details! However, you don't need to do everything yourself! If you do, it takes less cash, that is for sure, however, it takes WAY more time!
