When you want to exchange links with someone you simply provide them with your add a link page link. You don't have to copy and paste linking code into your pages anymore, unless you want to. It doesn't cost anything to join either. The "self service upgrade" is free. It will remain this way until I have at least 2000 webmasters who have installed my excellent software onto their websites and made it his/her permanent solution for gatherling links 24/7.
