Hi, I'd like to get a bit of information about arranging a call center to take over all the issues of Customer service/support for a hosting company, They would like 24/7 support or close to that by Phone/Email & Live chat. I have begun doing research and getting some information off some companys but i thought if anyone else here has feedback on where to look in particular. Thanks Beau
You need to have some data at hand does the hosting company want an Australian call centre? do they want dedicated staff or are they happy to use a pool who service a number of clients what level of expertise are they needing from the call centre? do they have scripts and a knowledge base already developed? can it integrate with call centre software or does it need to be installed? how many calls do they get, when are peak times etc If they don't get many calls then they could absorb the slack at a large call centre and potentially get a good price.
