Hi, Has anyone ever installed a "call back" system on a website? I mean where someone is viewing a site and needs help. They press the "Call Back" button and enter their telephone number and automatically get a call from the company who owns the website. If so, was it easy to do. What do you need? How does it work? Any recommendations for a supplier. We're in the UK if it matters. I've been asked by a couple of clients about this.
Why not just do a simple form to email script that emails whoever is on call at the time with the persons name/phone number, then they call them back. I suppose if you had some crazy nice phone system you could automatically import it to the next agent, but 99% of businesses dont have that.
