    Hi,
    I just bought Californie101.com, which could make a nice travel website.
    Californie means California (it's french). I'm wondering how much I could get from it. Not expecting a lot. Just the first domain I bought so I was wondering how much it's worth.

    Personally i think the domain carries no value undeveloped but get a site on there with a few worthwhile posts on there and it could begin to improve that.

    At present i think you would be lucky to get the reg fee on it.

    It might rank in Google in the next 7 - 12 months if it is a highly searched for keyword, even if you did nothing with it. I have had that happen to me before. You need to optimize your site, get backlinks and add relevant content, the typical SEO stuff to be guaranteed that your domain name has value.
