Hi All, I am currently in the process of finishing up test prep for my california real estate broker exam, from which I will then begin my pre-licensing education to become licensed as a ca mortgage broker (have previously spent 5 years in the industry). I am still months away, but will need to set up a wordpress site and have it ready when I'm all finished up with my requirements and license applications. I've searched around the forum, but haven't had any luck so far. I'm looking for a few items: 1) mortgage wordpress template - prefer "premium" rather than a free one that hasn't had much heart put into it. Anyone have any recommendations - or anyone out there who is interested in building one? 2) I'm also looking for partnerships with those who are in the internet marketing side of lending (perhaps worth of a post in a different section), but please feel free to share my info with anyone who you think might be a fit and/or benefit. I'll stick to wordpress topics for this forum, and would be open to having a general discussion about mortgage and wordpress. What has been your experience with wordpress as it relates to mortgage sites? Cheers
