    It's actually a good thing . That they're tracking them since this kids tend to be the victims of kidnapping more often then bigger kids . I prefer the classic monitoring watch but RFIDs will do , although I must say that they are a bit to intrusive for my liking .

    I dont think this is wastage of money. Even its also one of the interesting point for children.
