    Hello folks,

Somebody has recently contacted me in hopes of advertising on my site. Aside from Adsense, real people paying to advertise on my site really hasn't crossed my mind (oh wow ). Anyway, so I want to charge a reasonable amount money, but not ripping myself off or the other guy who wants to advertise. Here are some of my statisitics:

Unique Visitors per day (g. analytics): 1700-2000
Impressions/pageviews per day: up to 10,000+
Audience: Children (mid-range), Teens (majority), Adults (minority)
Site Type: Neopets fansite (cheats, game tips, and more)
Google PageRank: PR3, my topsites are PR4, oddly enough

So, what should I charge this guy? I want to be cheap, but not ripping myself off. Oh, and, let me know if there's anymore information you may need to calculate a reasonable advertising amount.

I know that it mainly depends WHERE the guy is advertising. This guy has yet to correspond with me about his ad placement (e.g., frontpage, articles, sidebar, navigation) and his ad type (static image or flash). I know that you this may be important, but what's the rough estimate?

    Thanks :)

I was hoping to not get into CPM and nasty stuff like that. I'd have to do some tracking, which I dont really want to do. What I'd like to do it is charge a monthly fee, nothing too complex.
