Cakephp Where the hell to edit file ??

    How the edit a file in cakephp
    IN php its pretty simple i download the php file from server edit and reupload
    IN cake cant figure the file to edit
    IN chrome its showing me via inspect element but I dont know what file to edit
    to make text changes etc

    Please assist can pm site ..
