Cached 11th August lol

    Umm . . . I just cached my blog and it says it was apparently cached on the 11th of August lol

    Is this the sign of a Google PR update or something?

    Wild guess but maybe that's just the last time the bot retrieved and stored it?

    Well you thought good in that case. Last time cached is the date when the bot crawled your site for the last time.

    What do you mean that *you* cached your blog? You don't cache it, the SE does.

    It means that last time google cached it. I do not worry about google updates anymore. I just worry if my sites do well in serp for keywords and could care less about Pr and updates.

    I am sure it is easy enough to work out when I say "When I cached it" I mean checking the cache via my toolbar.

    The reason I posted was because I did have a much more recent cache but it appears Google has seriously back dated so it is a good sign of a rerank coming.
