Cache -> Incredible Slow

    Hey,

    What is up with the incredible slow cache on this forum? I keep getting popups for hours after i have read the PM about a new PM... I have tried to disable popup notification, but whenever i go back to the Options page then the "Popup Notification" value is still ticked.

    My replies don't appear before hours later at times, i am not notified about new PM or can't read new PM's before hours after i recieve them (Tho, i get emails about them)

    People that update threads can some times take hours before i actually see the reply etc etc...

    FOr me it seems like the Cache on the server is incredible slow to update itself from times to times. And it really pushes me to the edge on just leaving the forum, as it is getting extremly annoying.
