About a week ago, I choose my preferred domain in the Google Webmaster Console. A couple weeks before that, I stopped pointing DP Co-op weight at my site. Other than that, no major changes recently. Now, my homepage isn't cached, and it the webmaster console, it says no pages are in the index. This site is 2.5 years old, and has had as many as 186k pages in the index.

I've had 900,000 pages in the index. =) Now 0. I think something is up right now. I didn't choose a preferred domain until after the 0 pages, so I don't think that is a cause. I did change my entire link scheme though, so that may be it.

I think, as usually with Google, we just have to wait and hope we come back up in the index. It's terrible... I don't know what Google is doing. But I, for one, am not submitting a reinclusion request, since that means admitting on the form that your site has broken guidelines in the past, which I feel I have not.

Hope we both come back soon!! Good luck!

(A while ago, I turned off the co-op for a couple weeks and saw some drops... I wouldn't turn it off unless you reeaaally don't mind some drops.)

I'm trying to only use the co-op on certain, less-important sites, at least for now. Yeah, I don't want to submit a reinclusion request, either, for the same reasons... grrr.

Yes, I find it insulting. To be mostly dropped from the index, for no apparent reason, then it's suggested I admit my wrongdoing (of which I see none) to get back in.

Google is really becoming a #%*&.
