Cache date problems

    Dear Friends.


    I have a website ,sblgraphics dot com
    i m doing seo work. one of the url of website (pop art page)is not caching regularly,the last cache date is 23 july..i have updated the content also.i m doing social bookmarking,article writing,press release, forum submission.directory submission etc. but didnt cache regularly.
    Help me palease..tel some suggestions

    I think you are not making any relevant update on your site, so make some short of changes on your site this will help in improving the caching rate.

    For more effectiveness, the SEO work you do should relate directly to that web page, for this purpose, and not your entire site. i.e. linkbacks from high PR, high traffic websites like facebook, twitter, squidoo, hubpages etc

    Also improve your internal links with one or more links pointing from your home page to this particular page.
