    Check out the errors in the Chrome Developer Tools. There is a jQuery error, along with 404s on some images.

    Use a responsive design (so it is viewable from smartphones, tablets, and not just desktops/laptops) and avoid tables.

    Your title tag is empty (on the main /forum page). Meta keywords are unnecessary. You have unnecessarily large pages due to the "<meta property="og:image" blah....>" and similar.

    I am not sure about the purpose in the site (some kind of local use), so maybe make it clear in the description next to the header for which country/region?!
