Just get credit card and attach it with your Paypal account. We need to follow both Paypal and RBI regulations. There's no other solution.

Paypal has implemented new plicies for Indian Paypal users from March 1.the policy stats that you cannot pay using Paypal balance to anyone and all Paypal balance has to be withdrawn to your bank account. If you need to pay to someone, just add CC to your Paypal account and send money.

guys.. just wanted to know if they are charging any fee to the CC which was used to verify our account ( I know there is some withdrawal feel but they deduct that fee from what we are withdrawing and don't charge anything to our added CC).

    Have anybody faced this issue?

    Karthi,

    You didn't understand my question...

My account has been verified for about 2 years. I just want to know if they charge any fee to our cc for each withdrawal into our bank account!!!.

    Thanks,

If you withdraw funds from your pp balance to your bank account then why they charge your cc for that ??

There is no charge for that.

    DON.
