what exactly is CA Media? there's no real description of who you are. and the blue text on the green headers is hard to read.
we are a network. and right now yea the forum theme is being redon but its being updated soon, with user profiles"with comments, friends, and intrest" and theme. so right now its in the middle of alot of updates
The template design is okay. For the nice blue gradient border, I would use that as the whole background for your layout (instead of using white, because that makes the forum look empty)
design is ok but the main colour on your site is blue and your header has a green bar. blue and green does not look god together on your theme
