    yup...

    www.namespro.ca around $12.88 per year
www.doteasy.com around $50CDN per year (includes free hosting)

    good luck

p.s. i use both and have had NO problems whatsoever.

How is the free hosting from www.doteasy.com? I am also looking for the option of register .ca domin with hosting together to save me trouble of signing them up seperately. Thanks a lot!

when you reg your domain there, it's automatic.

and... it has some nice features for BASIC sites.

no server side stuff, but good storage, traffic allowances, 10 e-mail accounts etc.

very good uptime. i like them for my basic sites a lot.

if you are in it for the long term... you can reg your domain at namespro.ca for 12.88 a year and pay a ONE TIME LIFETIME hosting fee of $35 to doteasy and SAVE. :)

then you are only looking at 12.88 a year and FREE LIFETIME hosting at doteasy.

    just a suggestion. ;)

    good luck,
    mike

it really is a cost-efficient way to "test the waters" until you're ready to hit the "big leagues." :)

p.s. i'm STILL "testing the waters" 5+ years later. ;)

    good luck.
