.ca Domain Grace Period

    I have a question regarding .ca domains with the status "auto-renew grace".

    How can I make sure that I get this domain? If it expired on December 11, when will it become available? Is there any way to make sure that I get it?

    If you are beyond the grace period, you will can contact the domain service that owns it and ask them.

    No no, I want to purchase the domain once it's available. I do not currently own this domain. What would be a guaranteed way to make sure I get this domain?
