C++?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with C++. I would like to learn it but the tutorials i read online didnt help me.

How would I create a program? like in a notepad? or what do you use?

Also, is there any files that have a basic program? like that you can mod with whatever you want?

I hope you guys understand what i mean

me too, i really want to learn C++, i am trying , but sometimes I dont get some points, thanks for these sites, its realling helping me.
