Is there a list somewhere of C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe error messages?

I am getting a message when I run an email client Scheduler, that is recurring based on the Scheduler recurring times, but I can't read the pop-up message because it opens and closes too fast. The Scheduler isn't completing it's task, so I'm sure the pop-up message holds a clue as to why it's not completing it's task. It pop-up so fast, but I believe I see part of the message.
So if there's a standard list somewhere of what these Windows/System32 messages might be, I might be able to figure out the complete message. The messages are in a pop-up box with C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe as the title. From what I can see part of the message is this:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator F (something in front of the F)
next line has: "internal or external commands" in it.
The last line has the words "operable program or bat file."

Can someone help me determine this complete message somehow? Is there a standard list of system32 errors or messages?
    Thanks

    Start, run, cmd, enter.

Then access the program from there, the error will appear, and stay. This acts like a prompt. The above is happening because the program is the one that is opening the console, not you.

    Peace,
