Buying C# Programmer Needed ASAP!

    I need an experienced C# programmer to complete a task for me.

    The file below is what i need doing:

    I'll tell you how i'd like the TOE charts and test documentation done if you are chosen. I need this done in Microsoft Visual 2010 and completed by this Thursday.
