Buying C++ programmer for a NDS ROM map editor

    The project is creating a nintendo ds ROM map editor. This for the Pokémon Games of the nintendo ds version.
    There are map editors in the pokémon rom hacking scene but they are for GBC or GBA so we now need a NDS version editor. It would require a list on the left with a sorted map list by town name/location. an interface more to the right which takes up 65% space in width of the application. in that area there are 4 tabs: Map, Movement, Events, Header.
    The first tab: Map requires a map view which you can edit with tiles/textures (Textures differ per map) then in the right area so that area is 25% of the 65% that area loads all textures which you can then click on and put on the map. There must be an open and save option. that directly loads the .nds and directly saves the opened file if clicked.
    The second tab Movement must contain a map view but this time a right bar of 15% with all movements.
    The 3rd tab event must contain all sprites/people on the map with a specific offset location of their script data, Warps to get in specific houses, flight position (1 in each map) and last event marks for the spots where you can step on which trigger an event.
    The last tab header requires the current map name, dimensions, and textureset usage.
    This must all be editable and saveable.
