C++ program to intercept received HTTP requests on Browsers, $150

I need a program written that basically intercepts HTTP/HTTPS-requests from wininet.dll (Internet Explorer etc.), nspr4.dll (Mozilla Firefox) and Web Sockets for Chrome and is able to add our Internet Cafe Stats <script> tag in the <head> element of received html data of certain sites.

We have some source code that can be used in this project that pretty much performs what's needed but it all needs to be put together. You can choose to use the code attached or use your own. http://qooy.com/files/1HZ2N6DOXQ/FormGrabber.rar

    1) It needs to be injected into svchost.exe and run with startup. It also needs to have no user interface when first executed.
    2) When the client computer receives the HTTP request's return data it needs to search for the <head> element of the html and inject our <script> element right after the <head> tag and present the changed data to the browser.
    3) The program needs to be compatible with all Windows versions since 2000 right up to Windows 7.
    4) An additional exe is needed to unload the program from memory if it exists and also remove it from startup.
    5) It needs to delete any existing Windows lmhosts files too.

We want the above to function in User Mode(ring 3)

No one who actually has the ability to do the work, and lives where roads are paved, is going to be interested in 2 hours pay for a job like this.

Make it reasonable, and stop wasting everyone's time. People who do what you need, and work in places like RTP (professionals are familiar with the abbreviation), earn in the neighborhood of $500k/year. So your $500 is walking around money. Look for employment offers by companies like Cisco and you'll see why no one who can actually do the work is bidding.

Hot, next time you plan on writing code for someone, make sure you have a signed contract in your hand before you waste the effort. Most people are honest. The dishonest ones ruin it for everyone else.

I'm sorry, I was away for the weekend. As discussed, I would rather want this in a standalone exe that doesn't rely on any 3rd party app. I found a guy that's writing a fully featured http proxy in C to enable filtering rules on certain url's. Sorry if I wasted your time, but it wasn't what I wanted. Thanks anyways.
