C++ Help for simple Windows based program

    Hi

    I wish to make a simple program that runs in Windows XP. I want it to run in the background kinda like a screensaver. Its sole function would be to press a simple keyboard sequence after say 5 minutes of inactivity (like how a screensaver would kick-in)

    I have the DEV-C++ development tool. can any one help me out?

    If anyone could write this for me, I would like to the see the source.
