    Today is the 17th all sites down and with no sign of recovery or progress i try calling Bangladsh but no answers and a number is bad... i try calling the whos is number and is a bad number too.... please tell me what can i do?.

    I've had some bad experience with them, too. The special characters of Slovak alphabet like e.g. ' didn't show properly on my site and it wasn't my site's issue. It was a host issue and they did nothing about it. I also asked back my money, but didn't get them.

    If they are not replying you and not your sites are getting back even for 17 days, what you're waiting for now ?

    this is really very hard to believe that your sites are lost, I'm very sorry about that, BUT you learned that you need to keep your backups with you.

    I hope you can manage things at you.

    freeflyaz, I have similar issue with them. I have order hosting two weeks ago and still fiting to get any reply from them. My tickets was closed with a reason: "no answer from client", but I have wrote bunch of replies and questions. I even claimed refund on paypal, and got contacts emails from it, still no answer, I even found admin on DP and wrote him PM still nothing.
    THe issue was that I tried to transfer a domain but they system doesn't work for transfering. I still trying to host my domains but I can even find DNS name, and no support is working. So I just guessed it and submited, now I trying to inter my Cpanel, but it doesnt work the usual way, and I have to guess everithisng, because there is no one answer in suport.

    If you could tell me how to inter my host panel, because domainname/cpanel doesnt work, and maybe DNS too.
