I'm sorry but your explaination is not fair enough.
i have created this simple application for you, it shows the use of elementary operations on database:
insert, update, delete and joint between tables of a database.
the database is created with Microsoft Access 2003 and the source code with Microsoft Visual c++ 6.
this should bring you up in database programing.
if you still always wanna have the whole project done for you or even a professional application coded in (c++ or Delph) and a database managed with (SQL server 2000 / SQL server 2005).
