This program also needs a feature where when closed from the top right (X) it will need to minimize into the systray. There are several other smaller projects that needed to be done as well to this. You must speak fluent english. You need to have MSN - AIM - YAHOO for communication. You must accept paypal as a payment. I have a budget of UP TO $500. This job needs to be done as soon as possible.
