    I have done a slight re-design of the layout/design for ByeByeEstateAgents.com
I am just concerned with how the site looks/feels/works for you.

    Please review.

I liked the pub one better. This one has a bit of a playful, unserious feel to it whilst buying a house if probably as seriou sas it can get in life. Looks more like a children's design to me.

I would agree with TOPS, this one seems a little too childish, you should make it look little more professional and serious.

I agree that also your website looks good, it looks too childish, so perhaps to try to make it look more serious!

It doesn't look professional and there is very little content - always work on the view that 'content is key' not only for your design but also for SEO purposes. I'd stay clear of computer generated clip art - not a good way to go. If you've got a budget and want a custom built site send me a pm... i'm looking to increase my portfolio - im also UK based :)

it appears like a comic book design,
would suggest something corporate and professional

Mmmm, still cartoonish, i personally think you should use a picture of a really nice looking house or maybe some happy people on it.

    Something like this: Example
