The people who probably donated money to the site with their debit, credit card, pay pal, etc, will more likely to get caught, since the feds can get their information easily. But as for the other members, they'll have a chance... its not like everyone puts an accurate account information in any sites.

erm i also never used oink but as abhik said there are a lot of free music site. therefore, there is more to catch but still more site been up
