I'm curious to know what other's experience has been with Buzzle. They have one of the highest pr of any of the article directories and seem to be well organized and popular. But even though I have articles ranked high with them and with lots of views, I'm getting hardly any referrals. Ezinarticles, on the other hand, sends more hits my way. Anyone else?
I have the same confusion for wickedfire forum. Looks like their forum is very popular and many posts everyday, but also it will not bring good traffic.
Its not about how much content you have, its about the quality of the content. If you have a load of crap, which from my experience, buzzle has, and Ezinarticles doesnt, your not going to get many referals. Its not about your content in general being rubbish from what you are submitting yourself, but on average on the site. Take a look around and notice a lot more poorly written articles, and captions on Buzzle.
Buzzle lacks serious content; most of their articles are either copies or variations on ezinearticles, as noticed here by some other users.
I appreciate the comments. Thank you. It seems that Buzzle hasn't got a lot of fans. Guess I'll stick with Ezinarticles and a couple others. I really like the cp and author's section on searchwarp too. thanks again
After viewing Buzzle, it feels like I took a time machine back to the year 2001 to gather not quite informative self-help articles. Skip it.
My experience with Buzzle has been exactly the same. Seemingly large amounts of hits with little or no traffic. They post your links way down on the page. My ezinearticles get more traffic directed to my site. Buzzle doesn't come close. Also, Buzzle's new guidelines specifically state that if they find your article anywhere else on the web during the review process, they won't publish your article. I put a new article on my own website, nowhere else. Then I submitted it to Buzzle for a little additional exposure and maybe some hits to my website. The Buzzle editors deleted it without explanation, other than referring me to their guidelines. The new guidelines tell you they only accept articles that appear NO PLACE ELSE on the internet. It seems to imply that you have to give their site priority above your own with regard to article publishing. It was a little confining for my taste. Other sites allow duplicate content. (Just don't go hog wild with duplicate submissions.)
