    You have two understandable words which raise the value of the domain. It's a TLD, which also raises the value of your domain. Using it for a business site would be a bit difficult since the word softwares can be misunderstood as software, leading your customers to buysoftware.net instead.

    Overall, I'd say the value is around mid to lower hundreds.

    "Software" is both singular & Plural. Having a "s" on the end doesn't make sense. Name is worth $0 to reg fee if lucky

    How much type-in traffic does it get? It could be a good domain for a mini-site if "buysoftware.net" is an existing site.
