Generally scam start from here, if anyone is giving link of bitcoin wallet or something related on whatsapp, skype, telegram etc.. I dont know more but i think bitcoin payment can not claim to get back and thats why most of scammer using bitcoin. There are many service providers who is managing his websites, and i dont think they are taking payment in bitcoin (May be few are there with digital marketing or promotion service). So i think you should buy or pay from his website after check his past work, reviews etc..
