Pretty good keyword domain name, what do you think it's worth on it's own?

    Google Keyword Tool estimates:
90,500 searches per month, competition low.

You made mistake somewhere and there aren't that many monthly searches.
It will be nearly impossible to find the buyer in this niche because selling followers is not the cleanest niche out there and Instagram can make changes to their algorithm which can ruin business. Domain name without real working website is nearly worthless.

    It is highly targeted keyword,

    It has:

    54,00 Exact Global Monthly Searches
    29,00 Exact US Monthly Searches

However, it too long as per SEO Google policy. Also, it is in .net. You definitely had got good offers if you have .com extension of it.

    Better than the first one.
.com domain name was for sale on flippa but didn't reach reserve price and auction ended at $1300 and .net domain names usually are less valuable than .com's

Yup, neither one of them are.
OP, I don't think you are using that keyword tool correctly because your first post is wrong.

No, you're doing something wrong. Neither one of them phrases get anywhere close to that amount of searches.

As I suspected, you are not doing it right. On the left over there you will see 'match types'. You need to deselect 'broad' and select 'exact'.
