I have a unverified australian paypal when I try to buy something it askes me to add debit card or credit card so I can't pay it through my account funds. Is there a way to pay without having a debit or credit card?

Some people here choose to verify their Paypal accounts with Virtual Credit Cards. I've never tried it so I don't know how it works or if it's really safe but there are a lot of similar threads here. You might want to check them out. :)

Try to search this forum for VCC.
    It's between $9 and $15

It depends, if the member is trusted here, yes, but 6$ looks a little low for VCC

Paypal needs to be verified. Without cards how to get 'verified' certification.

I just looked at paypal site and it says you can't verifiy with a vcc but if I add it will that get rid of the annoying message that keeps asking me to add a debit card when I try to buy something?

you can get a mywiredplastic card and add it to your paypal as a debit..

That card has two groovy features.. you can add it to paypal, and it will act like a bank acct and accept wire transfers (this assuming that you can't just go get a bank account.)

It does have a $10 activation fee.. and a lot of other stupid fee's .. so i wouldn't use it for your savings or anything.. but for what I use it for it's groovy :)
