Buying Buying Websites with SE traffic, any niche

    - Any niche is OK, even adult (I prefer sites with high paying adsense keywords)
    - Sites with backlinks and pagerank PR1+
    - Minimum domain age 6 months+
    - Buying sites only that has some SE traffic (20+ a day is ok)
    - Auto pilot sites or sites that doesn't require much work
    - With revenue but if it doesn't has revenue I'm interested to buy it if it has PR or traffic.
    - No banned sites from Google, Google Adsense...
    - Only legal sites
    - Prefer sites reg. on Godaddy and Name.com but other registrants is ok, also...
