Buying Buying Websites with Earnings

I am buying websites earning more than $100/Month and paying upto 6x monthly revenue. Send websites with complete details with traffic and revenue stats for past 10 months.

 

Hello DP folks, above user Jin Well is a scammer. he will take your site and will never pay you.
He scammed me, and I am sure he will also scam you. When I had gone to PayPal for dispute, he lied there.

Ok, because this user's a buyer, I never worry about that. My principle: always take money first, then I start my work. So I'm always safe, at least when I'm a seller.
PS: thanks Densely for your warning, I hate scammers and really appreciate anyone who help me detect them.

Your policy is not the best though.
As a buyer, I got scammed 3 times, all the times I paid the sellers, and they never delivered the service/product.

 

Never think so. Sometimes, even after you deliver the work, buyers (scammers) can charge back saying you did not deliver what was promised which could land you in trouble. Play safe (be it you are a buyer or seller).

Thanks for your advice, but I've experience hundreds of transaction and still never lose following this principle (sometimes, scammer tried to defeat me via dispute Paypal, but they all lose).
